His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defence, and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai, recently visited the Wadi Al-Amardi housing project in Dubai. During his visit, he was briefed on the progress of ongoing housing initiatives and approved a housing package worth over **AED 2 billion** for Emirati citizens.

Currently, a total of **1,163 housing units** are under construction throughout several areas of the emirate, detailed as follows:

– **Hatta**: 213 units valued at **AED 508.5 million**
