His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Welcomes Ramadan Well-Wishers
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, today received Ramadan well-wishers at Al Mudaif Majlis in Union House, Dubai.
In attendance were His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence of the UAE, alongside His Highness Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, First Deputy Ruler of Dubai and Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance of the UAE. The leaders warmly acknowledged the greetings from well-wishers, which included local dignitaries, senior officials, and members of the business community.
During the gathering, His Highness engaged with attendees, emphasizing the enduring values of Emirati society inspired by the spirit of Ramadan. This year’s celebrations are particularly significant following the announcement by His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, designating 2025 as the ‘Year of the Community.’
Discussions during the event underscored Ramadan’s essential role in fostering solidarity, compassion, and harmony—values deeply rooted in Islamic teachings—while promoting peace, cooperation, and support for those in need.
